We will have in-depth exchanges and dialogues with major enterprises on the preliminary proposals of the Study and will further grasp their specific requirements and views for reference and refinement of the relevant proposals. The findings of the Study are expected to be announced within 2025, including the positioning, development parameters, major business, and development model of the logistics clusters.

Site formation and infrastructure works for the study sites are being carried out progressively under the HSK/HT NDA project. According to tAhe current programme, site formation and infrastructure works for sites for the logistics clusters will be progressively completed two years after the completion of land resumption in 2026.

In the light of the ever-changing economic environment, we will invite the industry to submit expressions of interest before land disposal to ensure that the planning of the logistics clusters closely aligns with the needs of the industry.
